Neha Thakur

(Course Organiser), Yoga Anatomy and Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher

Neha Thakur is a dedicated yoga teacher with deep expertise in Traditional Yoga and Yogic Anatomy. She is an E-RYT certified instructor from Yoga Alliance with over 600 hours of teaching experience. Her practice also includes Prenatal, Postnatal, and Kids Yoga, where her strong understanding of anatomy helps students learn safely and with proper alignment—especially those interested in pregnancy yoga. Before fully stepping into the yoga field, she spent nearly a decade working with renowned hospitality brands such as Hilton, Radisson Group, and The Lalit, which shaped her compassionate and service-oriented approach to teaching.

As a co-founder of RYK, Neha blends her medical knowledge with traditional yogic wisdom to create structured and accessible sessions, particularly for students who find it challenging to understand both ancient and modern aspects of yoga. Alongside professional teacher training, she and her team regularly offer voluntary yoga sessions for local and rural communities as a contribution to society.
